You didnt' offer many details to what you need, but my friend has this (I swear it has one of the biggest yards in Maricopa...in case you have kids or dogs)

-1600 sq ft. built in 2006
-3 bedroom / 2 bath with a den
-Tons of upgrades (9' ceilings, 42" cabinets, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, stainless in the kitchen, etc.)
-Huge tiles with carpet in bedrooms
-Super clean
-HUGE 1/3 acre yard w/ landscaping in progress
-Move-in ready
-$1000 - $1100 / Month + Utilities (comparable to going rate for similar properties)
-I'll pay HOA
-Pictures available upon request

Be careful we had a horrible experience with a landlord on Kristina Way...Be sure all correspondance is in writing and take lots of pics on your move in day.

Also, some renters have had issues with landlords renting their houses out and then going into foreclosure. Not sure what you could do to protect yourself but something to keep in mind. It might be worth it to check with a local real estate agent. Good luck!

Not all agents, or even property management offices, can or will research enough to determine the potential for that.  Here is a link for info:      http://arizonaappraisalandconsulting.com/renters.aspx

You could own your own house for less then 1000 a month. Maybe you should look into buying. Especially with all the foreclosures you could get a sweet deal.
