I happened to be in the KB office this morning on another subject, and I asked them about the pool. The woman told me she had just gotten off the phone with the HOA this morning and had been told the pool would be cleaned up very soon (in the next day or so). Apparently the HOA has no idea what's going on in our community (they never visit) so they have to be called before anything will get done around here. The woman at KB was very nice, gave me a card and said if I ever noticed anything like that again to call them. On another note, she said most of the vandalism and filth is from people who are breaking into the pool area. She said KB is putting up several signs that will have the Sheriff's number listed on them. She said the only way to keep our pool area nice for the residents is to keep out people who don't care out the space. I have a neighbor who actually did call the Sheriff's office once, and she said they responded within just a couple of minutes. |
