To All my Fellow Helen Court Neighbors (especially the ones who live near Helen Court and Alicia Court Section)...I was out cleaning out the truck when someone's recycle bin was sliding down the middle of the road (thanks to the sand storm). I was able to stop it and put it in my garage so it wouldn't get hit by a car. If this is yours, let me know.
