Do you mean most of them? You are on here, so you can't be in that group. But we will probably hear some excuse of it being 1 in the morning and you can't sleep so you got on just for fun and ended up posting.
But you can easliy say the same thing about every other topic. Does everybody that eats at teakwoods get on and reply about the food? Does eveyone that shops at fry's discuss sales they find? It is a place to chat/comlain/gripe (as you did) or get information. It is even another source to give info on delays/dangers/hazards/sales/meetings/etc/etc/etc. You don't like it....then stay off here. Nobody made you log in.
HERE HERE!!! code3. I have made it a point to keep my posts here possitive, but geez, what an idiot. It should be BelowAverageJeff. If we follow BelowAverageJeff's logic, unless the entire community is a recipient of a newspaper AND reads it,should not be printed. Unless the entire community tunes into a specific television new program, it should not be broadcast. Unless the entire community has a specific news radio station turned on while driving in their car, that station should be taken off the air. One of the definitions of a Forum; "an assembly, meeting place, television program, etc., for the discussion of questions of public interest." It doesn't state that it has to be of interest to the "whole" public, also it IS an assembly. So long as one person reads the post, the criteria have been met. I wish folks would b!tch, complain and tear down less and contribute more about happenings in their neighborhoods to build community. The sound you hear is me now climbing down off of my soapbox. I will place the soapbox back in the glass container and promise only to break the glass and remove it in case of a real emergency. |
