I just checked Craigslist in the section for the type of job that I wanted (like computers, engineering, sales, etc....whatever you're good at). I also Googled freelance or work from home jobs. It's a lot of trial and error and it took me months to find a few good companies. Check everyday several times and you will start seeing legit opportunities. Google the company name for reviews from current employees if you are not sure about it.

Hope your day gets better.

I will be there for sure. Don't care if it's just me because I sure need to get out of the house. But, I do hope to see others there.

I guess I will even take a shower today.  Are pajama's still ok? lol..

I've been working from home since 2002 selling GPS and electronics on Ebay. There are pros and cons (definitely more pros.) My problem is I can never turn off and am always thinking about work. I guess I have "the grass is always greener" syndrome.

Hey you work at home slackers!! So our lunch went well and the margaritas were great. It was Etch, JasonY, and myself. Thought more of you would show but I know it's hard to venture out of your comfort  zone sometimes.

We are meeting again next Friday and we would hope to see more of you there!  Oh, and if you ever go to Teakwoods then try to get Larry as your server. Excellent service and a great guy.

Maybe my fiance and I will go next week. Depends on the workload...It's just hard on Fridays because I work in the day at home and then I work at night at Arena, lol.

I had a great lunch and drinks with Trosales and JasonY, two very great guys!  Really enjoyed meeting both of you and look forward to becoming great friends.  I hope more of you can join us next Friday!  Oh, and Larry was an extra bonus!  He is a great guy and seems to be a great catch for any of you single girls!! xoxo

Sorry!! I did recieve the funny email though reminding me about lunch :-)

I was in an all day monthly sales meeting. I really would have rather been at lunch with all of you than at that meeting!

By the way, when I run to the door I am actually in PJ's!!! So the cardigan is to cover up the PJ's ;-) (So, the UPS guy is actually not getting much of a show)

Let's plan it again soon though. Every 2nd Friday is our monthly sales meeting, so my team member and I who also lives in town would not be able to attend on those Fridays.

I'm out of town next Friday...

Margaritas would have been a perfect way to end this week!

JasonY is a strange guy. Did you check your wallet? He's a pick pocket...

I work from home also. I can totally relate to the PJ syndrome! LOL!
I have been working from home for almost a year. My office is here, although I do teach an average of 2 days a week. Each week is different. But when I teach I don't have to be out of here until 11 or so.
I would love to join the group. Can I, Please?

I consider it more of "permanent loan" than actual "stealing".........

Hey all!

Just wanted to send out a reminder that we were going to do lunch at Teakwoods again this Friday. Does 12:30 still work for everyone?

I am pretty sure that I will be there!  I sure hope Larry can either join us or serve us.  My husband and I went to Teakwoods for brunch on Saturday and we requested Larry.  He is a super nice guy.

I sure hope more of you decide to meet us out!!!!  Let us know who is going to be there.

I'd like to meet for lunch this Friday. Couldn't fit it in last week with my schedule, but I can this week. 12:30 sounds good.

I made a reservation at Teakwood's and asked for the round corner booth to the far left corner.  Look forward to meeting "You" and seeing Trosales.

So - that makes 3 ~ anyone else?  Come on!  it will be fun

Today is your birthday so I am pretty sure they are expecting you to call in. Or, at the least, hoping you will.
