I have my settings set to just record New episodes of certain shows and it records all episodes of that show? Then tonite it was spposed to record a program and it didnt! Wtf???

Maricopa Broadband is the worst cable company I have ever used. Something is always up with their channels and the picture quality stinks. Complain to customer service and have 'em give you a new DVR.

I am thinking of changing to Qwest from MBB. Anyone use quest or am I just asking for more trouble. I hear a rumour that Cox is going to buy out MBB anyone have some concrete info on this or is it just speculation? Thanks

It won't make a difference if you change your mbb dvr box, I've had mine changed 3 times. They only give you a refurbished one anyway, not a new one. They do suck, but they are cheaper than Quest's Direct TV.

Ive had 5 dvr's in just over 2 years. They are pieces of crap! My newest one has started just not recording things. I hate hate hate it!!!
