Since when are we allowed to post bright orange "No Tresspassing" signs in our yards?( and can't forget the rope tied to lovely sticks and the light pole) Does this person REALLY think that these very attractive signs that you can see a mile away will keep kids from cutting the corner to go through the grass to and from school? Hey neighbor...next time don't move into a family neighborhood, behind a middle school, next to a park ( yes- a water retention area) if you don't like having kids around.

lol seen those today.... but kids should respect others property... which 99% of kids don't because their parents don't teach it.... I didnt know the street was the parking lot for school pick up ... parents who don't pay attention when pulling in and turning around, almost hitting a car and then almost hitting a kid...

I have to laugh. When I was a kid we used to cut through EVERYBODY'S yards, oftentimes on our bikes. There were actually worn paths through many properties... and nobody really cared. Now, however, I'd be ticked if my yard became a throughway and I won't step in someone else's yard or let my kids or dogs either. Rather than some tacky roping/signage your neighbor should invest in A LOT of cacti.

I don't disagree at all that kids and adults alike should be more respectful, BUT, I also know how this person(s) over re-acts (to everything)!

we use to have a rental right on the corner accross from the school. Every single day those kids came running..walking..watever through our yard. I hated it! Not only do I not like people I don't know coming near my front door but they would kick up the rocks...throw trash..and guess who was responsible for it? ME! Our landlord was such a B* she would have a fit if she saw trash in the yard for 1 second...(thats a whole other story) So one day I stood out there and waited for them...here they came and when they saw me...ooops detour...they used the sidewalk from then on.
