I realize this in the wrong section but I need a quick response..who supplies the water in RED..is it city or Global..and if it's city a contact number would be great.. Thanks in advance!

Doesn't Global maintain two systems, potable and non-potable, in many of the communities here?

All of the new subdivisions are served by Global. The other water co is Maricopa Domestic (which is not city owned) They service old town Maricopa & some other outlying areas.
